Yes, Cheap Transfers Benidorm SL is an official company based in Benidorm city, with VAT / Tax ID number: CIF: ESB01896471. Vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims, as required by Spanish law.
It is very easy, you should go to our main website (home page) and complete all the details on the booking form, once you finish we will send you the transfer voucher.
On our website you can choose between two kinds of payments. We give you the opportunity to pay the driver by cash at the end of each transfer or if you wish, pay by paypal or credit card the amount of return transfer.
Once your flight lands, the driver is waiting for you at arrivals with a board with your name on it. We are an official company so you won’t have problems to find him/her at the airport. Remember that if you have any difficulties you can call us 24/7. We have English speaking staff. We recommend that you watch this video:
All of our transfers are private, you will never share with other people. The driver will take you to your accommodation (house, villa, hotel or apartment). If the vehicle cannot access your accommodation (for instance, pedestrian area or some special events as St Patrick’s Day, Fancy Dress Party, Benidorm Marathon, Gay Pride…), we will stop as closed as possible.
On our website you can choose between a wide range of vehicles sedan, saloon, taxi, luxury car, Minivan, Minibus… All of our vehicles are full equipped, very comfortable and with experienced drivers.
Do not worry, we will check your flight number at the board information, our driver will be there to pick you up at Alicante Airport and drop you off in your accommodation.
As long as you advise us in advance it won´t be a problem. When you complete the booking form you have to click yes to the question: Will any member of your party have checked luggage?
You will not have hidden charges or supplements, the price that you see on our website is the final one. We don’t charge supplements for weekends, bank holidays or night services.
If you are not going to travel please cancel the booking. If you decided to pay before your arrival we will refund your money (less paypal commission) unless you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
