When you formalize your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept these conditions, also confirm that you have the necessary legal capacity and authority to accept these general conditions in your own name and / or on behalf of your companions. In our website you can see detailed prices per service, calculated according to the vehicle, the destination and the date you choose. We can change the price of the services at any time and your request for service, even after being processed and paid is subject to validation until the confirmation of the reservation is sent to you.
Return policies and changes
Any changes that affect the provision of the service must be communicated through email@example.com. In order for the change to be considered accepted, it must be answered and confirmed to the customer via email with the different modifications. If the change is less than 24 hours before the provision of the service, they should contact by telephone and ask for availability. No refund will be made for changes made with less than 24 hours.
CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER
Any cancellation of the contract must be made in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or through the cancellation form of transfer services. Partial cancellation, only one service, or total cancellation of services is possible.
If we receive your request for cancellation more than 24 hours in advance with respect to the agreed pick-up time for the service, we will refund the full amount corresponding to this transfer. No amount will be refunded in case the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance with respect to the agreed time for the transfer service that you wish to cancel.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY OUR PART
If for logistical reasons, we are obliged to cancel the service, we will notify you as soon as possible by refunding the full amount. In any case, we will make the necessary efforts to find viable alternatives.
With regard to the preferences of chosen vehicle, we will always respect your decision or replace it with a higher capacity or range depending on availability.
In the case of non-compliance by us, we will be responsible for any damages or losses that are a consequence of our non-compliance and at most we will pay the total amount paid by you. Therefore, we will not be responsible for damages that are not directly attributable to us, nor those due to force majeure, accident, or those arising from administrative or legal requirements. Likewise, we are not responsible for incidents that occur during the provision of the service, namely illness, personal injury or death, unless they are a direct consequence of our negligence.
We cannot be held responsible in the event that the performance of our obligations or those of the transport operator is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of a force majeure event or any circumstance beyond our control including, among others, extreme weather events, natural disasters, terrorism, third-party accidents along the route of the transfer, police checks, extraordinary traffic congestion or strikes.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions will be governed by current Spanish legislation. For any claim, the company and the client, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Alicante.
